Yes.
But this announcement does make the plan clearer.
The current phase of study is pre-validation: 30 volunteers and 150 stroke/stroke mimics across 3 hospitals.
Once the other 2 hospitals come online it should only take several months to collect 150 stroke mimics.
There still isn't guidance on what the registration/validation studies will require. Could be nothing more, could be many more.
