The liquidity problem you have selected here in the negative also works the other way. Have you thought about the fact that institutional investors (who cant just buy a few thousand shares) don't even bother because the liquidity is not there? This is a small cap stock, so if they execute the demand for shares will come through, and that will create volatility to the upside. The way I read it from your follow on posts, If your saying be "wary" of EMV, then what your saying is "be wary of any small cap stock that has limited liquidity even if they have a great product"
