I would suggest that any hostile takeover would not fetch $3.5B, it would be a lot higher. I think you would find management organising a 'white knight' of sorts to either make sure the share price goes through the roof and they vacuum shares up or could defend it from this. Obviously it is a great end game to be taken out by them for outrageous multiples but I don't think it would be a hostile event due to the shit-housery that requires.
Just my thoughts anyway. Glad to be in this one for a few months now think management are kicking some serious butt.
Looking forward to this being well over $5 before a takeover is on the cards. Hoping that these trials come back with strong results.
