    @Jase99 - I must be missing something ...

    If there is a complete response to Chemo + HER-Vaxx or to Chemo + HER-Vaxx + Avelumab, why would there be a need for surgery?

    Does "complete response" mean eradication of tumour or something else?

    I know Leslie mentioned that they will be able to examine the tumours post-surgery, but how is this statement reconciled with "complete response"?
