From IMU announcement on 1st September where they announced HORIZON trials Leslie pointed out they would be doing trials in combination with both PD-1 and PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitors....

Given yesterdays announcement we know the neoHORIZON PD-L1 inhibitor combination is Avelumab, which leaves four options for the PD-1 combination - Keytruda, Opdivo, Libtayo and Jemperli.

I can see that Keytruda and Opdivo are both approved for Gastric Cancer, so they are both in the running, but I can't see that Libtayo or Jemperli have gastric cancer approval.






Keytruda is approved for HER2 positive gastric cancer (screenshot above), while Canada recently approved Opdivo for HER2 negative cancer

Based on all this, my bet is that IMU and Leslie are working on the same kind of drug supply deal with Keytruda for the Next or Neu HORIZON leg of the Her-Vaxx trials....
