    I'm missing your point here agj. I was in PBT but didn't get caught too badly. My recollection was that they had a problem with iodine with their first candidate and then they switched to PBT2 which didn't have the hoped for benefits and so failed in their trials. Don't think it was toxicity. Am I wrong?
