I don't see what your problem is. The wording is what it is. It is not confusing imho.

It is also plain to see that there is a level of improvement above what would be expected from the standard care.

It is obvious from your posts that you are a smart person, so I don't quite understand why you find the information provided by the company as confusing.

It has been stated beforehand that ftt's offers a 300% improvement in wound healing time, and the data provided suggests that that is the case again, assuming that the placebo is acting as placebo's normally do (giving a small degree of improvement).
