I agree, It is totally impossible to state with any certainty the correct number.
The facts as i see them are 39 completed and 8 accepted and enrolled for treatment in October.
Whether the 26 recruited in October where whittled down to the 8 or the 8 are on top of the 26 is anyone's guess. Perhaps 8 have been accepted and 26 are under review. I dont think they are deliberately trying to mislead but are just not that competent at reporting. Either way it does not give much confidence in their time-frames. You can be the smartest person in the room but it counts for nothing if you cannot communicate.
