Wowee, 190K new open short positions on the day after the buyback announcement (out of 550K trades). Talk about using fake liquidity to control the share price, pretty sure the price would be much higher without all that fake Sell liquidity designed to drop or control the price. That is an amazing number of fake shares on the buyback news, but this was before the CUV newsletter which stated:
"We have chosen the moment of a repurchase as first clinical results for 2024 are published, and we will
keep at it until those who gamble against the Company have understood the message. Given the
expected future cash flows, we are in the position to prolong the program when required"
Going to be epic to watch this, the good thing about all the fake shares sold by the shorters (all 2.7 Million of them) is that they are already sold, they have done their thing and just need to be bought back by real shares now. CUV only has 50 Million shares (and 48.5 M after the first? buyback) and most are tightly held.
