Please see below, I think the data shows covering, yes you are correct, but your graph goes to 4th Oct, below is latest data and 5 Oct is when the sp is turning and covering has begun, with subequent sp increases since 5th Oct. You can see shorting starting to decline.

But you can never really be sure, who knows what their plan is, but I am going for increase in sp to support a CR and also the next meeting presentation/voting.
