You are spot on.. this is under sustained short attack..
10-11% of a very small registry (only 49M on issue) means they have total control
good news is they will not be able to cover under a CR or equity issue because CUV don't need cash and don't need debt to fund expansion because they handle marketing and distribution in house
they will have to cover on market and I am prepared to wait for that day
historically the period from Mar - Jun - Sept QTRs has been significantly higher revenue wise so they are taking advantage of this hiatus in 'reported' financials
even half yearly may not counter the attack from a reporting point of view but expansion into USA and potentially doubling their market is a big deal and will be profitable and will flow through eventually to guidance and then on to financials
lets see what happens it may take a while but piece by piece it should come together
