It's incredibly clear. It's how every BB on the ASX works, because every company follows the same listing rules! When shares are purchased there is a notice released before trade opens the following day. This notice includes a running total of all shares purchased to date.
I believe you're upset because to date the company hasn't purchased a meaningful amount of shares to backup their statements that the company is undervalued at these prices. It is a valid thing to be upset about but I think your original comments miss the mark significantly and I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you didn't mean them, and you aren't a chauvinist like your earlier comments suggest.
