It's only 3% of the outstanding shares, hardly enough to worry someone if they already had conviction to short the stock at a forward P/E of 16x.
Doubly so because per their notice they only spend $993K out of a proposed ~$20M in the last buyback... and mysteriously only ran it from March to September 2024. Yet another oddity I can't quite put my finger on.
