    Spending and have spent $$$ on Capex - one can only assume/hope it's being prepared to sell / JV.
    No binding documentation, however, is somewhat concerning if we have spent $$ to increase production/productivity, only any interested parties to turn away. Let's see I'm not really across the nuances of WD
