so does this mean extra application monies can be sat there with Automic / AAU for 3 months ?
*The Company reserves the right to place the Shortfall Options within three months after the Closing Date
(i.e. by 29 August 2023) on the same terms as the Offer under the Prospectus. The Company may also
decide not to place some or any of the Shortfall Options. In this event excess Application Monies for the
Shortfall Offer will be refunded without interest.
