If the SP gets over 10c and AAU need funds, they could do a CR at the higher share price = less dilutive or more funds raised than options at 10c
My previous post was just to point out my opinion that the shortfall options may never be issued, and why. There’s also the fact that shortfall shares/options are usually issued immediately.
The question I have is why leave the door open for 3 months? I can’t think of a reason why unless AAU plan to issue them to someone else?
