It would be fair enough, but since they said they were going to issue shortfall options, they should. Some of us set aside money for shortfall options, that we could have otherwise spent elsewhere or invested in shares. For example, I sold some shares to be able to particpate in the shortfall offer, which seemed particularly good value.
