The issue was not underwritten, 62 Capital have no obligation to take one single share over and above what their clients subscribed to.
The remaining shortfall is unallocated, it does not need to be allocated.
I am not sure why this confuses people, it is all stated in the offer documents in black and white.
Only one thing was needed, $2M minimum subscription.
