Have done some calculations to see what is fair going forward in the PEP11 complex.
For 1 for 1 NETT gains to be equal here are the stats.
assumption, same buying price BPH v MMR
BPH without CGT discount 180%
BPH with CGT discount 130%
So an example is if you want the same gains in BPH as your MMR investment of $10,000.
BPH without CGT $18,000
BPH with CGT $13,000
Not sure what effect the PDF status will have on MMR, but it does look to be quite and advantage assuming approval is given to the PEP11 Extension.
