We know it's fully underwritten and yes somers may have gotten the issue sub underwritten as well. So yes TON will get its cash.
But the depth of interest from jubs like us will be a KEY sentiment driver, plus we want as much stock as possible in as many diverse hands as possible, the more the stock pools with sommers and friends the more easily it can be capped.
A shortfall of less than 40% would be considered good, but the shortfall could be quite large, remember many already own shed loads at 6 cents, it traded huge volumes 6 cents and below for 8 days pre VA.
