The growth strategy seems unashamedly acquisition based.
And seems therefore based on an ever increasing share price to i) avoid dilution and ii) encourage vendors to take scrip.
Most of the punishment to the stock has probably been done and a good CEO hire could change sentiment quickly but in the medium term the market in its current profit focused mood is unlikely to back an acquisition led growth strategy, particularly if the CEO is a nobody with no track record of integrating offshore acquired business.
