Agree @JAar, there is little benefit in pursuing a growth-by-acquisition strategy in this market, particularly when you are paying a higher multiple for an unlisted business than the ASX market is giving you for your own revenue. Even more so when your share price has been crucified by a highly questionable strategy of announcing an acquisition before actually having the capital to execute. Also not helped by stock coming out of escrow recently.

The best thing for NNG to do now is to get back to 'business basics'. Focus on cost savings, looking after the existing customer base, organic growth, and profitability. Important that the existing customer base is kept happy and loyal so that recurring revenue is maintained into the future.
