The share price rises further above the issue price subsequent to the announcement of a substantial shortfall in the take-up of the retail entitlement.
Now that is a strange turn of events.
Clearly it is not retail holders who are maintaining the price.
Somebody thinks there is another puff or two in this cigar butt.
