I don't take much notice of Smelly. However, I do know that according to the Quarterly Cashflow Report Dec 2023, the company currently has enough money to cover running costs until the end of 2024 ($900,000), plus another $2,500,000 from the rights issue which will fund kit refinement in the US as well as regulatory submissions (TGA, IVDR). They are also expecting an R&D grant in excess of $1,000,000. Not to mention potential additional capital from the sale of shortfall shares, with attached options, which may now be purchased by non-shareholders.
