Contrary to your opinion, I see plenty of evidence that the funds will be used to complete the transition of Colostat to an IVDR-compliant product (requires $1.5 mil as outlined in the Prospectus). Previously the company successfully completed 7 clinical trials, alongside a range of other significant tangible activities, it's hardly a sham. The Directors receive standard remuneration, plus they own substantial shares, including full entitlements purchased in the capital raise, which I'm absolutely sure they'd like to see increase in value. As it stands, with a 38% uptake, the shares haven't been diluted quite so much, which partly offsets the challenges associated with having raised less funds.
