Thanks Borano, I was going to reply to this dill and correct her but was of the view that it would have been like trying to explain to someone that the earth is actually round : LOL !

Regarding trade payables, normal business trading terms is 30 days [my medical practice I have to pay suppliers within 30 days of invoice] and never any later than 60 days. Post 90 days my accountant tells me that I need to impair the outstanding amount as a doubtful debt.

I can't see how RHY could not be paying all of its trade payables from 31 December during the March quarter. If it most of this was owed to Biotem I would also expect that they would have wanted to be paid fairly promptly any money that they were owed, particularly considering that RHY has publicly announced that they are shifting all their business from them to a US based provider !
