I understand what you are saying by trading terms, but there are many customers that never pay on time or go into an arrangement and don't classify as doubtful etc.
Did RHY announce this in the announcements? That they dropped BIOTEM? "RHY has publicly announced that they are shifting all their business from them to a US based provider !"
BIOTEM still haven't updated their website with regard to RHY. It's a mockery.
I thought BIOTEM was for Europe and the new suckers were for the US.
I may be wrong. Regardless, they say so much and deliver shit. Just have to go back less than a year to see it clearly.
