Because it was a tiny raise.... I have applied for overs 20 times and 20 times I have got nothing and had to wait for my funds to be returned, applying for overs and getting them is a rarity.
My point was they could have filled the raise exclusively to existing holders with a better rights raise format, instead of raising piss all and having to give the shares to brokers, there are plenty of people out there who would hold the stock solid who don't have time to do the companies job for them.
A 30 to 1 raise is ridiculous way better formats on offer, they want to keep it small great, a scale back is way better option then going cap in hand to brokers to fill it, not filling such a small raise having to give stock to brokers, comes down to them structuring it wrong.
