I guess all the directors have reached a consensus they have to participate in this SPP, every director has to participate a little bit in the SPP, firstly saving their face (so the SPP does not result in $0) secondly showing their faith, so next quarter when they do another cap raise for their salary they have a story to tell (all director are pretend very confident) The original SPP was planning to raise A$ 2 million, but now we have a gap of around A$1.8 mil for the payment of their wages, so soon we will see another CR for their salary payment. If the next CR also takes a 20% discount on trading SP, which would be around $0.6 per share, soon we will see the SP hitting 50 cents by then. this is a hilarious show XD
