Forged, I agree Oakajee was a big carrot for VDM but as you rightly say Africa is also of great interest. This is the Dr's stamping ground and I would not be surprised if he was actively pursuing work for VDM there.
I still believe Oakajee will go ahead with Citic at the helm.
