I don't think so stash. It makes sense for Twiggy to buy HIG because he needs to process his beef with a company who already have an export license. I know a fair bit about Harvey Beef. I did some consulting for them a few years back. The Dr might buy from him but more money to be made elsewhere.
I think the Dr would be more interested in beef on the hoof not packed away in a frozen or fresh carton. Also interested in milk I think. A lot of money to be made in baby formula.
