So they raised $2.4 million and $1million needs to be paid back to capital DI. So really there is $1.4 million left, minus cost of the offer etc. you are probably looking at $1.2 million. This is very worrying… That convertible note to Capital DI was a terrible idea, been downhill since then, as most would have expected.

Company needs some help here. Not knocking Tim but he could do with a mentor who’s done this many times before. The board looks good with Doug Jones for geology, but is Brett assisting much? There’s no help on that board for financing. Need that in this sort of Junior gold market.

Insanely cheap company for what they have though. I hope they can get some divestment happening. That needs to be the focus. But is anyone in the company capable….
