    I don't mind the idea. A 1:2 deal based on current valuations would result in a circa $60m market cap company with 400m shares on issue....but importantly, with MAY/Purcell only controlling circa 9%. Will be interesting to see how the MAY side of things unfolds, as on paper it looks like it was a backdoor cap raise - which means that they will need to sell something - be it the BYE distribution, or the MEL shares.
