On behalf of the Board of Directors of Lake Resources N.L. it is my pleasure to invite you to participate in a Share Purchase Plan by subscribing for up to $30,000 worth of new Shares at an issue price of $0.04 per Share (SPP Shares) to raise up to $1,500,000 (SPP Offer).
The SPP is offered to shareholders who are registered as holders of Shares at 7pm (AEDT) on the Record Date of 7 February 2020 and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders).
