In HY1 23 about 50% of 2022 Prospectus revenue was added to by acquisitions (4 + 1 in 2023). If you add up all the revenue and EBITDA (after making a few assumptions in some cases), you get to within $0.5m of reported HY1 23 revenue and EBITDA. So little organic growth (or some acquisitions not panning out as expected). There is not much propsect of a dividend as profits are needed to pay for earnouts and new acquisitions. Suggests a PE of 10-12 to me and a SP of ~$0.30.
