    the US$15m in convertible notes is due to be repaid in 2026 June, cash or equity at 74cent.

    I have a feeling they'll revise the offer at a (lot) lower price and we will get diluted...


    the rest of the debt will be refinanced, if leadership can steady the ship and provide a solid growth plan to the banks.

    just my thoughts, I could be wrong..
