I am voting against reelection. I recommend everyone else to as well. It can't get any more worse than it is now - 0.7c ffs! They have had more than enough chances and continue to work at a slow pace and fail to deliver the increased resources of U. It is a hot generational U market, we are in a pro U region with plenty of successful neighbours. IMO it comes down to management failing to deliver for shareholders. Perhaps a new direction, better marketing, more drilling, focus on getting more U pounds on the company register. There is a lot of improvement to be made! At the very least we need to give them a first strike to wake them up. To get rid of them completely we need the top shareholders to vote with us which is not a good chance as they have good relationships with management. However retail can definitely help to give them a first strike to make it easier to cut them next time if things do not improve!
