Not entirely unexpected given the SP has been hovering below the SPP price for most of the time. SP only started to climb above it when the offer was about to close. Now extended. If SP continues to climb, even a little from here it will start to represent a decent discount for SPP buyers and should fill. It kinda messes up some of my conspiracy theories as to why the SP seems to be held down here though. Would have been a good sign if it closed out unfilled and the remainder was picked up by an insto or BOD/management.
