yes, you can look at it that way. The benefits are that what inr has spent to date (however they have calculated it) is their share of the j/v
they have a strong partner (we hope, given how some of their assets are performing) whose $490m + the provisional DoE loan will go a long way to funding the mine & plant (given inflation since the DFS they may well need more)
50% of something is way better than 100% of nothing!
