This is good and bad.

I'm pretty sure that the cut off time has now lapsed and now we only have the ten percent placement capacity left. That will get us bugger all at these prices.

The good bit is that there is a chance we can raise at higher prices, later. The reality is that we need a deal or NONE of these projects will even make trial.

It looks very messy to me when we have so many things on the go, and no way to pay for them.

It is true that the company has always said that the funds were for all programs. Like you, l am not convinced we have enough capital to support that statement. We now have a contract with Nant for the head and neck cancer. My concern is that to fulfill the contract we may need to divert funds from other programs.
