Its basically theft. They dropped the ball failed to communicate properly at the very least. If you didnt already i would email thier complaints. Who do you compain to after that though? Asx, asic? I thought market has lots of rules about how non sophisticated investors are treated, sending payment in a form they cant use must breach some of them. They may as well just paid us in monopoly money.
