my offer documents were sent by email and I didn't see them and didn't end up subscribing
i was spewing, particularly given I would have (sneakily) applied for extra
importantly, i am concerned if this happened to others and the huge shortfall appears to support my concerns
its difficult to believe it was not close to fully subscribed when the share price was trading at a 50% premium to the offer
