Perhaps the timeline for technical updates is later in the year but there could well be major commercial progress being made and announced at any time. That is certainly what the current accumulation is indicating. The new Board and large shareholders coming in didn't do it on a guess - they've been shown confidentially sensitive information and have been convinced this company has derisked and has major potential. If this hits $0.035 this week there is definitely something in the wings (fundamentally based, not technical/trading based).
