i don't think that these two private investors know more than Dr Finger. Their opinion versus Dr Finger's opinion.... Who would you go with? Did she not participate in last CR? Why having two new people makes it any different from last time when Dr Finger was all in? Dude you are reading the tea leaves... there is no material change from last CR. We all know the timeline for announcements. It is 2H2019 and when a company says 2HCY19, it means that they are not 100% sure if announcement can become available in 3QCY19. I have made many such slides and know who a company wants to leave a wriggle room for themselves.
