I've got as big a dog in this fight as most (down 98.26%) and ill tell you from personal experience that the companies that do the equivalent of last minute homework before school starts (foxgol right before this thing went under, because they know theres no more cap raises after this) well, the directors know its over, sure they took a 30% pay cut each, but its better than a 100% pay cut. They will probably spend the next six months writing resumes and looking for the next micro cap to ride into the dust and then jump ship.
