An outcome which would have been better for all shareholders." But it's done. A big distraction out of the way!!!!! The AGM (VERY predictable) results now the only distraction.
Re the Oversub offer. It only allows for the issue of an additional 35,714,285 new shares and 17,857,142 Listed AND unlisted options. Not surprisingly, they exceeded 184 million with the EO, so, I'd be very surprised if all of those oversubscription ones won't be gobbled up by eligible shareholders and leave nothing for the Underwriter. Let's see. But, they are fully cashed up and another 4 months of income, so, it's all down to doing business. The ball is well and truly in play. Now for the delivery.
