I would believe truth teller a hell of a lot more than any of the other spruikers that are on this forum! So far what research I have conducted from what truthteller has said is accurate.
hey instead of these directors getting paid in salary how about getting 50k paid out in shares they could have made it part of the CR so 50k per director less from the company costs… would have worked out the exact same way as asking the SH for cash. Only difference is we would see it as a confidence boost from the team.
