    Gee you must not invest in many companies then????

    The best motivation for a director IMO is ensuring they deliver and if this delivery is pegged to performance shares they then know they will be rewarded once the performance KPIs are met.

    I would like to see the Directors given performance shares which are aligned with the share price.
