The issue was for 740m new shares and it has closed 700m undersubscribed. Mortimer now says "you need to hurry and apply for any oversubscriptions because we have a lot of smart investors that want more and it's first in best dressed"
It's quite comical to watch. Actually it's quite sad to watch.
