I was one of those that did not partake - the amount I would have been granted was so small it did not make it worth my time, I just spent a month waiting for a cheque to clear (I am in NZ) from the last $29,400 they sent back to me that they decided they did not want from the previous cap raise.

If the ratio was more appealing to smaller holders then I doubt there would have been such a shortfall - a 47% shortfall is not positive in any company, let alone a rocket like Sayona has been for most of us so far.

I love the company but hope this is a reminder to management just how much a part of this business smaller (non-sophisticated) retail holders are. I still rate the company an overall buy and have full confidence in management and the greater company.
